STRESS = The Unseen Danger of the COVID-19 Pandemic

STRESS — actually DIS-STRESS — is the common root of all illness and other problems.

Whether you are a COVID-19 survivor, or you are still working to get through the distress of having a close family member or friend living (or dying) with this disease, or you are having a hard time with the lockdown, wearing masks, loss of income and lifestyle — you are officially suffering from the effects of STRESS. In many cases, the STRESS itself can be intense and debilitating.

Regardless of your situation, if you are feeling STRESS due to COVID-19 and the Pandemic, the information on this website can help.

ROCHELE HC HIRSCH, MS

Rochele HC Hirsch has been digging up the roots of STRESS and helping people to remove them for over 20 years.  Her system goes beyond learning how to COPE with issues better and instead works to TRANSFORM the roots of old issues and experiences that have been repeating and causing more stress…

Her expertise comes from almost 30 years as an organizational effectiveness consultant for Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and high-powered individuals. In her continuing studies and consultancies, she has been able to use her education, training and intuitive abilities to identify the basis for most of the problems facing businesses, relationships and individuals. Her findings, not surprisingly, have pinpointed the fact that most issues can be attributed to stress.

Where Rochele’s approach differs from many mainstream consultants and therapies is that most of them concentrate on finding ways to help people “COPE” with stress without getting to the root of the problems that are actually CAUSING the stress.

Rochele’s novel methods have been proven to actually TRANSFORM the root causes of stress within the individual, permanently eliminating the problem and clearing the way for a more productive and efficient life with considerably less stress.

Defining STRESS…

Rochele takes a Life Force Energy Approach to defining and resolving Stress.

She has learned that “Stress” comes from a number of sources, but the common element is that they all “reduce the flow of good-feeling- Life Force Energy,” causing that “crunched” or contracted feeling in your body, mind and spirit.

She has identified five major sources of stress:

  1. Internal Emotional reactions that “crunch” your Energy, whether from anger, disappointment, fear, disgrace, shame, hurt – or how we instinctively try to AVOID feeling these emotions.

  2. External stressors:  Toxins, Allergens, Pathogens, Drugs.

  3. Diet/Nutrition and Hydration issues.

  4. Insufficient rest and healing from over-exertion, pain, illness.

  5. Extremes of Heat of Cold.

All of these – and more – tend to hold up the healthy flow of our Life Force Energy.

Where Life Force Energy doesn’t flow well is where the body becomes susceptible and vulnerable to disease.

A key question about COVID-19:

“Why do some people get COVID and others do not?”

Even the most accomplished scientists in world have been struggling with this question since the beginning of the pandemic. There is lots that we know about the Coronavirus, but there is still lots that we do not.

Indeed, this seems to be a great cause of STRESS throughout the population. And for good reason: If we don’t know how some people can get sick when the person beside them does not, how can we better protect ourselves?

The simple answer is that there are certain patterns that are hard-wired into our DNA and reinforced by our life experiences that create a unique “Signature for Disease” in each one of us. If you have a Signature for a specific disease, it means that your unique “Stress Patterns” make you more susceptible to that disease than someone who does not have a Signature.

Rochele’s Journey

In 1990, while doing personal research, Rochele discovered that there are recurring patterns of stress (thoughts and feelings) that are related to specific issues occurring in a person’s life.

In 2006, on her way to a meditation retreat, Rochele began thinking about the link between stress patterns and disease. This led to her asking the question,“Who is vulnerable to Bird Flu? Does it have any relationship to a person’s beliefs and instinctive methods to avoid feeling dangerous emotions?”

This led her to explore the characteristics of Bubonic Plague and the fact that not everyone got ill or died. Like Bird Flu and the current COVID Pandemic, the Plague changed the world forever. When she applied this information to her previous findings, she realized that there was a clear link between stress patterns and susceptibility to specific diseases.

She began “bringing in” information about other diseases:  Breast Cancer, Diabetes Type II, Stroke, Tick Bites and many more issues.  When she queried people about whether they had experienced or felt certain ways, most often  she got confirmation that their experience of life DID conform with the recurring stress patterns she was identifying for specific diseases.

Once again, it was STRESS that was a culprit in people getting sick. Rochele’s unique, intuitive ability to “decode” these recurring stress patterns allows her to “read” whether or not someone has a “Signature” for COVID and other diseases. This knowledge alone is a significant step in reducing the STRESS that people are feeling about pandemic issues.

Specifically, if Rochele finds that you DO have a “Signature” for COVID, while it does not mean that you WILL catch the disease—it does mean that you should be extra careful in following CDC Social Distancing, and personal hygiene guidelines to reduce your chances of exposure to the virus.

And while NOT having a “Signature” does not mean that you are immune from catching the virus, wouldn’t it be a big relief to know that if you take care of yourself and exercise caution, you will probably not be infected?

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines: NOVEMBER 2020

Know how it spreads:

  • COVID-19 spreads easily from person to person, mainly by the following routes:

    • Between people who are in close contact with one another (within 6 feet).

    • Through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, breathes, sings or talks.

      • Respiratory droplets cause infection when they are inhaled or deposited on mucous membranes, such as those that line the inside of the nose and mouth.

  • People who are infected but do not have symptoms can also spread the virus to others.

Less common ways COVID-19 can spread

  • Under certain circumstances (for example, when people are in enclosed spaces with poor ventilation), COVID-19 can sometimes be spread by airborne transmission.

  • COVID-19 spreads less commonly through contact with contaminated surfaces.

Everyone Should:

Wash your hands often

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

  • It’s especially important to wash:

    • Before eating or preparing food

    • Before touching your face

    • After using the restroom

    • After leaving a public place

    • After blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing

    • After handling your mask

    • After changing a diaper

    • After caring for someone sick

    • After touching animals or pets

  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

Cover your mouth and nose with a mask when around others

  • You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.

  • The mask is meant to protect other people in case you are infected.

  • Everyone should wear a mask in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

    • Masks should not be placed on young children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance.

  • Do NOT use a mask meant for a healthcare worker. Currently, surgical masks and N95 respirators are critical supplies that should be reserved for healthcare workers and other first responders.

  • Continue to keep about 6 feet between yourself and others. The mask is not a substitute for social distancing.

Cover coughs and sneezes

  • Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow and do not spit.

  • Throw used tissues in the trash.

  • Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Monitor Your Health Daily

  • Be alert for symptoms. Watch for fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Take your temperature if symptoms develop.

    • Don’t take your temperature within 30 minutes of exercising or after taking medications that could lower your temperature, like acetaminophen.

  • Follow CDC guidance if symptoms develop.
