This is a question that has been at the forefront of my mind for much of the past year. I started working with a dedicated business manager and I really wanted to get the word out about the transformation work I have been doing for the past 25 years. Over that time, I have been able to help hundreds of people overcome cravings associated with addiction, fix troubled relationships, improve their success in business and live a better, more fulfilling life by transforming issues from their core stress patterns and redefining their core instinctive reactions. My frustration was based on the fact that I just wasn’t able to help more people.
For a long time now, I have known that accumulated STRESS is at the foundation of most of the problems we face in life, including, and perhaps most importantly, our susceptibility to disease. By addressing these issues at their core, I have been able to help people improve their LIFE FORCE ENERGY and get more of what they SAY they want with considerably less stress. And with less stress, they were also healthier. But I wanted to do more.
Then, the devastation of the COVID-19 Pandemic struck. My heart ached as I read articles and saw TV reports about the wide-ranging effects that the pandemic had wrought on so many of us. And while I have decoded three specific “Signatures” for the COVID virus, I realized that there was an even more potentially devastating and long-lasting consequence of the pandemic—STRESS that just doesn’t go away. And perhaps nobody has suffered more stress than the Survivors of COVID. From friends and family members who have been directly affected by the disease to people who have survived the initial infection to first-responders and caregivers. I realized that I can help them.
In the midst of thinking about ways to reach out and help people who have been overwhelmed by the numerous stressors brought about by the pandemic, I heard on NPR and 60 Minutes about the Covid “Long Haulers” – those who had officially “recovered”, but really had not regained their health. My heart broke yet again as I began to feel the pain, uncertainty and ongoing stress that these Long-Haulers and their friends and family. I kept asking myself, “HOW CAN I HELP MORE PEOPLE?”
I found my direction in starting this website, COVIDSurvivorStress.com. We have all been suffering from the stress created by the pandemic, but none have felt it so intensely as those who have survived a COVID infection, had a close relative or friend suffer from it or been a first-responder or caregiver to those affected. While I can help virtually anyone who is experiencing stress, I have rededicated myself and my practice to help those most severely impacted by COVID-related stress. I feel it’s where I can do the most good. It’s what I feel I MUST do to help.
On this Blog, I will be keeping in touch with my thoughts and feelings tailored specifically for Survivors of the COVID Pandemic that are going through the various forms of STRESS that events like this can cause.
My most important message to you is this: You CAN have more of what you really want!
